This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the mplementing queuing results of system management in one of the Supermarkets in Lampung Province and knowing the optimal number of cashier lines in the QSM. Research conducted on the research object, namely XYZ Supermarket, is recorded every one-hour interval. This research was conducted for 14 days, working hours from 09.00-21.00 Western Indonesian Time&nbsp;zone. The population in this study is all consumers whose population is unlimited. The sample used is consumers who enter the XYZ Supermarket QSM. The study purpose was to optimize the QSM with Ws less than 3 minutes and Ls less than 4 people in accordance with the SOP. This research method uses the multi-channel single-phase model with system time and systems number. The analysis results in this study can be concluded that the performance of the queuing system implemented with the number of cashiers (M) of 2 cashiers at 09.00-09.59, 12.00-12.59, and 19.00-19.59. Qualitative research is carried out by investigating social phenomena and human problems, producing descriptive data in the form of written and spoken words from the behavior and people observed. This study found that in developing sustainable tourism in Mekar Buana-Karawang Village, the managerial role is very important to ensure sustainability, efficient management and a positive impact on the environment of the local community. The four managerial functions referred to are Planning, Organizing, Placement and Controlling (Planning, organizing, actuating and controlling) which have been running well according to their functions. The management together with the village government is responsible for formulating the vision and mission of sustainable tourism in Mekar Buana-Karawang Village. Set long-term and short-term goals that are in line with sustainability principles. Designing tourism programs that focus on environmental preservation, local culture and community welfare. The research method used is an associative descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The owner of PD Hikmat started his business because he wanted to improve the family's income and there were business opportunities in Purwakarta where there were not many competitors. &nbsp;PD Hikmat began to develop when observing new opportunities to collaborate with catering entrepreneurs. PD Hikmat experienced business growth when the owner began to imitate the modernization of similar entrepreneurs. Therefore, there is no day without religious activities. Various types of products are needed to support religious activities, for example in terms of fashion. The increasing fulfilment of means of supporting religious activities such as kebaya, kamen, and luxurious and contemporary accessories has become commonplace for women. Creating changes in the social environment by showing that consuming modern and luxurious religious support facilities with a hedonistic lifestyle can increase social status and self-esteem. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the role of self-esteem and hedonic lifestyle in modulating the impact of social climbers on consumer behaviour. The study focused on a population of women residing in Sanur. A purposive selection strategy was used to select a sample of 136 respondents. The quantitative research approach involved the use of questionnaires to obtain data. The data analysis methodology used was Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The research findings show that social climbing has an important and positive impact on self-esteem and hedonic lifestyle. In addition, self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on consumer behaviour, while hedonic lifestyle has a negative and significant effect on consumptive behaviour. Furthermore, social climbing has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behaviour. In addition, self-esteem plays an important role in mediating the relationship between social climbing and consumptive behaviour, with a positive and significant effect. The selection of the best employees that has been done so far is based on the weight of the criteria determined where the weight of each criterion is not yet known as the basis for its determination, thus creating a risk of selecting unsuitable candidates. The AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method is based on a hierarchical structure, making it more focused on each criterion and transparent in determining the weight of each criterion. PT AIND can use this method in the process of selecting the best employees more transparently and rationally. The results of this study obtained the weight of each criterion which is used to determine the best employees in the company based on pairwise comparisons of each criterion more rationally and reliably. The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive and associative approaches. Using data collection techniques with questionnaires to 77 respondents using the sampling method, namely saturated samples. The data analysis technique used in this study uses instruments (validity test and reliability test), correlation coefficient test and determination coefficient test using SPSS version 2. Based on the results of data processing obtained, the instruments used in this study are declared valid and reliable because they have a value greater than r table of 0,224. The value of service quality is 0.730&gt;0.600 and customer satisfaction is 0.744&gt;0.600, so it is declared reliable. The description of service quality with an index value of 3,912 and customer satisfaction with an index value of 2,119 is said to be good.
