This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on employee productivity at the Aimas sub-district office, Sorong Regency. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Testing the significance through (t-test), using simple linear regression and coefficient of determination (R2). The population in this study were all employees of the Aimas sub-district office, Sorong district, the sample amounted to 30 respondents. Primary data obtained through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The results of data processing Simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 obtained the regression equation Y = 12.736 0.454X, the value of the regression coefficient is 0.454 which means that every time there is a change and addition of one percent of the work environment variable, the employee productivity variable will increase by 0.454, if the work environment variable is zero, then the employee's work productivity has a value of 12.736. The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained R square 52.6%, meaning that the work environment affects the work productivity of employees by 52.6%, while the remaining 47.4% is influenced by other factors that are not examined by FSM in this study. The results of the t test, where t count 4.901 > t table 1,6747 it can be said that the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh lingkungan Kerja terhadap produktifitas kerja pegawai pada kantor kelurahan Aimas Kabupaten Sorong, Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengujian signifikansi melalui (uji-t), menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Populasi dalam pnelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai kantor kelurahan Aimas kabupaten sorong, Sampel berjumlah 30 responden. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara, koesioner dan studi dokumentasi Hasil pengolahan data Analisa regresi linear sederhana yang menggunakan spss versi 25 diperoleh persamaan regresi Y= 12,736 0,454X, Nilai koefisien regresi 0,454 artinya bahwa setiap ada perubahan dan penambahan satu persen dari variable lingkungan kerja maka variable produktifitas kerja pegawai akan naik sebesar 0,454 , jika variable lingkungan kerja bernilai nol, maka prpoduktifitas kerja pegawai memiliki nilai sebesar 12,736. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh R square 52,6 %, artinya lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai sebesar 52,6 %, sedangkan sisanya 47,4 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti fslsm penelitian ini Hasil uji t, dimana thitung 4,901 > ttabel 1,6747 maka dapat dikatakan bahwa variable lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Kata kunci: Lingkungan Kerja dan Produktivitas kerja
